Download a pdf guide to my favourite poses for back and hips that you can do in bed to encourage a tension-free sleep. You can custom time your poses for a practice that can run anywhere from 20-40 Minutes​ allowing you adjust your practice if you’re tight on time!

Practice Guides are useful for those with limited access to technology, folks who struggle with auditory processing, or if you enjoy experiencing yoga at your own pace in your own company.

This sequence is best practiced no more than 1-2 times per week - perfect for the busiest of people.

Not recommended if you have knee, hip or back issues or are pregnant.
