Join us for a class that will prefectly start your Sunday!
This class will have you moving slowly through flows of classic postures. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and your ability to relax. This practice is perfectly balanced to harmonize your inner and outer body alike. Suitable for both beginners and experienced students, this class is sure to bring bliss to anyone.
What you need: bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. We have a litmited number of mats available to borrow on a first come first serve basis.
